Rounds 5 and 6 have been dominated by Marquez and the battle was really switching a close one.
But rounds 7,8,9 offered an actual striking turn to the fight. Pacquao began overwhelming Marquez in next rounds but 12th round was good for both the competitors.
Pacquao gained the fight by a split choice and the judges scorecards were 112-115,115-112,114-113 in preference of Pacquao.
And most of us need to hope that the 3rd fight will determine the real champion. The battle will probably be unpredictable simply because both the fighters can defeat each others.But experts imagine that Pacquao is young and fast and can be extremely hard for Marquez to defend. But Marquez is also calm and is excellent at counter-top jabs.
